In addition to becoming a director and making movies myself, I sometimes start making movies in the position of a “producer.” There are times when you can complete a movie by connecting people and things that you can shoot yourself and do without editing. This movie is about Yuriko Taniguchi who meets the people of Toyohashi and says, “Let’s make a movie with these people and this place!” I worked hard with this passion, and it took shape.
