Ivalu is gone. Her little sister is desperate to find her. Her father does not care. The vast Greenlandic nature holds secrets. The search for Ivalu is on.A melancholic and tragic story of a childhood ended too soon, set amidst the majestic glaciers of Greenland. Here, two sisters, Pipaluk and Ivalu, live with their father in a small, quiet town. One morning, Pipaluk wakes up to find that Ivalu has disappeared without a trace. A girl, led by a mysterious raven, goes looking for her sister. The first film in Northern Lights’ history to be nominated for an Oscar.
