Eiga World Cup for High School Students, organized by NPO Film Koshien (Japan)
This is a nationwide competition for high school students to produce independent films. The judges are a total of 20 people, including renowned film directors, scriptwriters, art directors, and editing directors. The judges also work hard to develop filmmakers by providing individualized guidance via email with comments and advice on each submitted work. Director Matsumoto Kana, who won the Grand Prize in 2014, is active in a wide range of genres, including film, TV, music videos, advertising, and photography, as well as films such as "Young People at Dawn" and "Kiss Cam!
